Meet Our Team
Joanna Vasiliadis
RN, FNP-S
Joanna Vasiliadis is a Registered Nurse and the lead nurse injector at Pure Bliss Aesthetics. Nursing since 2013, she brings diverse experience from her work as a travel nurse in Acute Care, Pre-Op & PACU, and MRI settings. She is currently pursuing her Nurse Practitioner degree at Regis College.
Joanna has a true passion for beauty and aesthetics, with a commitment to helping others look and feel their best. She specializes in delivering natural-looking, personalized results that enhance each patient’s unique features. With a keen aesthetic eye and meticulous attention to detail, Joanna stays current with the latest techniques to ensure exceptional outcomes. Her warm, calming presence helps patients feel comfortable and confident throughout their aesthetic journey.
When Joanna isn’t working, her other passions are her family, her dogs Milo & Oliver, traveling, hiking, gardening, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Dr. Howard Kesselman
Medical Director
Dr. Howard Kesselman graduated from Yale Medical School and completed Harvard Medical School affiliated residency, chief residency and fellowship programs at Massachusetts General Hospital.
Dr. Kesselman has been working in aesthetics and providing medical supervision to aesthetic practices for the past 6 years. He has a wealth of experience and expertise in aesthetic practice.
Milena Rogalski
Operations Manager
Milena, or Lena, blends her passion for beauty, wellness, and creativity to inspire confidence and deliver meaningful experiences. With a background in marketing, design, and client service, she brings a thoughtful, client-focused mindset to every interaction. Her work in the aesthetics industry fuels both her professional growth and her commitment to helping others feel their best. Milena combines her skills in branding, communication, and organization to support businesses with both front-facing professionalism and behind-the-scenes creativity.
On Milena’s free time, she enjoys the outdoors and hiking and the outdoors, and spending time with her friends and family.
