Sylfirm X
Sylfirm X is a cutting-edge, minimally invasive collagen induction therapy. It’s a Radiofrequency Microneedling device that utilizes advanced technology to address a variety of skin concerns.
If you are looking to achieve youthful, radiant skin, Sylfirm X may be the perfect treatment for you. With minimal discomfort and minimal downtime, Sylfirm X is the first and only FDA-approved dual wave RF microneedling device, with both ultra-short pulsed wave modes (PW) and a continuous wave (CW) mode. What does that mean? It’s the first and only RF-microneedling device that is effective and safe for all skin types.
What is Collagen Induction Therapy or RF Microneedling?
Radiofrequency is a type of energy that generates heat. When applying that heat to the skin using tiny needles, it stimulates collagen formation, resulting in tighter, younger-looking skin. Sylfirm X uses a square grid-like needle device to deliver radiofrequency energy to the dermis without damaging the epidermis or outer layer of the skin. This system is safe for all skin types and requires very little downtime. In most cases, less than 1 day of social downtime.

What to Expect with your Sylfirm X Treatment
Consultation: First, your journey with Sylfirm X begins with a thorough consultation. During this appointment, we discuss your skin concerns, and together, we make a treatment plan tailored to address your needs.
Treatment: During your appointment, for your Sylfirm X treatment, first we start by applying a topical numbing cream to the desired treatment area for approximately 25 minutes. Treatment time usually takes about 30 minutes, depending on the size of the area being treated. Exosomes are applied immediately following treatment. Your appointment will take about 60-90 minutes.
After Treatment: Sunburn-like erythema (redness), edema, waffle-like marks, tingling or burning sensation are normal immediately after treatment. These symptoms resolve within 4-6 hours in most cases, but in some cases they can last for 1-3 days.
The severity and duration of symptoms vary from patient to patient or depending on the treatment intensity. If treated aggressively, the redness will last longer, and the deep needle depth may cause bleeding or bruising.
Patients with oily skin, acne, pimples, or breakouts tend to develop pimples within 2-3 days, which usually subside naturally over time.
Results: Every patient is different, however, many will notice an improvement in their skin’s appearance in just one treatment. In the first 1-2 weeks, skin texture and tone are improved. If pigmented lesions were treated, they may darken and lighten within 1-2 weeks.
Over the course of the next 4-6 weeks, new collagen begins to build, revealing smoother, firmer, and more youthful-looking skin. The collagen you produce is your own and continues to accelerate over three months. Results generally last a year or longer, as you continue to age, so this essentially sets the clock back on your skin.
Depending on your goals, we recommend 3-6 treatments scheduled 4-6 weeks apart for optimal results.
*Results vary from person to person
